Bio: Chantelle has worked as a fitness instructor since 2008 and as an orthopedic physical therapist with general public for nearly 10 years. It was in 2018, during her own pregnancy, that she realized that not only had she been unaware of the unique needs of the prenatal/postpartum population, but she soon recognized that that void existed in the healthcare and fitness worlds as a whole. Discovering this to be her passion, she immediately got to work in specializing and since has become a certified Pre/Postnatal Coach and a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has been helping women in the clinic and online, sharing the truth that, while such things as incontinence, prolapse, aches and pains, are common, they don’t have to just live with these dysfunctions and that there is help. She has a particular interest in helping active postpartum women return to fitness safely so they can feel strong and confident in their bodies.
